About the Condo

 

Walk to the lifts and the Village from this deluxe mountain theme condo.  The condo has 2 bedrooms, a spacious open-log rail loft and 2 full baths and is configured on 2 levels.  It is situated in a tri-plex building and is perched above the other 2 condos so there are no other condos above or beside it, and it has its own private 2-car garage (not-direct access) with automatic garage door opener.  Complex amenities include pool and BBQ area (summer only), 2 whirlpool spas, sauna and laundry room.  

Interior Amenities

After you come up the stairs on the outside of the building, you will enter onto the main level with its spacious great room with plentiful windows, vaulted wood beam ceilings and wonderful views to Lincoln Mountain and the slopes at Canyon Lodge.  There's a cozy wood-burning fireplace and entertainment center with a flat screen HDTV, HD digital cable, DVD player and stereo/CD system.  There's also a desk to set up your laptop so you can stay connected with the complimentary WiFi.  The coffee colored leather sofas, colorful wool rug and accent pillows, and rustic pine furnishings are relaxing and inviting and great for watching the gondola go by through views of the trees.  And there is original and vintage ski art. 

There is a full gourmet kitchen with natural alder cabinetry, slate floors, rich granite counters and stainless steel appliances (seamless glass cooktop, single oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer).  It's easy to prepare a morning cup of coffee or a romantic dinner in this well-equipped kitchen, or hang out at the bar under the hand-blown glass pendant lights. 

The adjacent dining area features a pine farmhouse table with 6 upholstered chairs.

The main level bedroom has a queen size bed with inviting bedding, rustic pine furniture, accent wall paint and a super plush mattress similar to those used in 5* hotels.  There is also a hanging TV/VCR, vintage Mammoth photography and tree top views through the window.

This is a separate full bath (with tub) with natural alder cabinets, travertine counters and slate flooring.  This bath serves the main level sleeping areas and also serves as the powder room.

The natural log staircase leads up to the expanded open-rail loft with a queen size bed, twin pop-up trundle bed and rustic pine furnishings, including a wardrobe armoire.  The bedding is modern mountain style and the plush mattresses are similar to those used in 5* hotels. 

The adjacent upstairs master bedroom has a California king size bed with luxurious bedding, accent wall paint, and TV.  The plush mattress is similar to the ones used in 5* hotels.  There are original and vintage works of art and large corner windows with mountain views and twinkling lights of adjacent homes.  There is an attached ensuite full bath with walk-in shower, travertine counters, natural alder cabinetry and slate flooring. 

Ground Level

GARAGE The 2-car garage (middle garage door of the building) is standard size but may not fit all makes of vehicles.  I do know that a Toyota Sequoia (with factory roof rack system) and a Toyota Highlander will fit together, and a Range Rover and Land Rover Discovery can fit together, but can't vouch for anything larger.  Keep in mind that the large plastic ski carriers like Thule and the others will NOT fit in the garage if they are on top of an SUV.  Also please note that there is only parking for 2 cars, parking is not available for any other cars and all parking must be within the garage.  Also DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE GARAGE UNDER THE ROOF EAVES AT ANY TIME, the roof is notorious for shedding snow, believe me we learned the hard way.  Also, please do not leave trash of any kind in the garage.  All trash from the unit and the garage must be discarded in one of the community trash receptacles.

SKI & SNOWBOARD STORAGE Please store your skiis and snowboards inside the garage or in a locker on the slopes.  We would like your cooperation that ABSOLUTELY NO SKIIS OR SNOWBOARDS BE BROUGHT INTO THE CONDO.  Also please do not wear ski boots inside the condo as the slate floors can be slippery from thawed out snow and ski boots may damage the floor.

FIREWOOD We try and keep the firewood stocked inside the condo for your convenience, but if you need more it is stored in the garage.

SNOW SHOVELS We have provided a snow shovel that is stored in the garage should you need it.  Sometimes you may find after a heavy snow that the management company has their hands full plowing the roads so you may need to shovel the stairs or in front of the garage door.  Please return the shovel to the garage after use.
